Mozu needed an eye-catching ebook and print piece as part of a larger derivative content marketing campaign.
Strategy & Execution
I worked with the content strategist to come up with a visual concept that supports the idea of a harmonious union of content and commerce strategies in modern retail brands. What came out was a personification of content and commerce (displayed in the booklet as a romantic couple) paired with sharp geometry and bold colors. My goal was to add a little spark to otherwise dry material. Design elements from the ebook were seamlessly applied and translated to other components of the campaign such as landing pages, targeted ads and emails.
