Shopgate Solutions

While at Shopgate I had the pleasure of contributing to both our brand and solution suite. Shopgate offers omnichannel commerce solutions, including mobile shopping apps, omnichannel fulfillment and clienteleing apps as well as an online dashboard to manage your account.

Strategy & Execution

I worked with the VP of Product, Product Owners & Managers, our UX designer and developers in creating visual assets, a style guide and components library. My role varied project to project and solution to solution, but primarily I functioned as the UI lead, keeping a consistent design system intact and creating full-fidelity design comps.

Shopgate Admin & Analytics

Shopgate needed to enhance their web admin to better suit the needs of the user. I worked to redesign the analytics dashboard and certain high impact pages of the admin.

Tablet Apps

We rapidly developed two products—Relate (in-store clienteling) and Deliver (omnichannel fulfillment) to meet the needs and pain points of the mid market retailer. These solutions provide retailers the ability to access store level inventory across their brick and mortars, provide buy-online-pick up/return in store to their shoppers, as well as the ability to access key customer and operational analytics at a store level.

Refinements and modifications

We’ve been refining with each release—improving the user experience, integrating beta client’s feedback and adding in new features.

Most recently I’ve thinking about how to adjust and adapt the fulfillment process, as well as, alter the overall app experience. My goal is to create a tablet app design that would easily adapt/relate to mobile, take better advantage of gestures, and have better spacing and button placement for usability.
